Rates
Rates based upon 6 occupants. Minimum stay two nights.
$15.00 extra per night/day for each additional person over 6 people (maximum 8)
$225.00 per night on Friday and Saturday and Holidays
$195.00 per night Sunday through Thursday
$1150.00 per week for any seven consecutive nights
$30 nonrefundable pet fee per animal
$80 cleaning fee will be added to total rent due
